Toronto Sign Services recently completed a comprehensive office branding installation for an Air Canada office in Toronto. The project combined privacy graphics, corporate identification, large-format wall murals, dimensional signage and framed aviation artwork to create a consistent branded environment throughout the office.
The graphics and signage were produced by a sign company based in Montreal. Toronto Sign Services was responsible for the local site survey, technical recommendations and complete installation of all branding elements.
Site Survey and Production Planning
Before production began, we completed a detailed site survey of the office. Every wall, door and glass surface included in the project was measured individually. We also reviewed the available installation areas, surrounding architectural features and the positioning of furniture, doors and wall fixtures.
Based on the survey, we provided the sign company with measurements and recommendations for the size, placement and construction of each branding element. This planning stage helped ensure that the finished graphics and signs arrived ready for installation and fit their intended locations correctly.
Frosted Privacy Film and Glass Graphics
Frosted privacy film was installed on the office entry doors and interior glass dividers. The film provided additional privacy while still allowing natural light to pass through the workspace.
Air Canada name decals were also applied to the glass doors, adding clear corporate identification while maintaining a clean and understated appearance.
Large-Format Canadian Landscape Murals
Several large-format wall murals were installed throughout the office. The murals featured Canadian landscapes and destinations, visually connecting the workspace with Air Canada’s national presence and the locations served by the airline.
Each mural had to be carefully positioned and aligned with the surrounding walls, corners and architectural elements. Accurate measurements taken during the site survey allowed the printed graphics to be produced at the correct scale and installed without unnecessary adjustments on site.
Dimensional Acrylic Logos and Lettering
The project also included several three-dimensional acrylic Air Canada logos and dimensional wall lettering. These elements were pin mounted to create depth and a more permanent architectural appearance.
Installing pin-mounted signage requires precise template positioning, drilling and spacing. Small inconsistencies are immediately noticeable in dimensional lettering, so careful layout was essential to achieve a balanced and professional result.
Framed Aviation Artwork
A collection of framed photographs featuring Air Canada aircraft was installed across several office areas. The artwork complemented the murals and dimensional signage while reinforcing the connection between the workplace and the company’s aviation history.
Artwork installation was coordinated with the other branding elements to maintain consistent spacing, sightlines and visual balance throughout the office.
Completed in One Working Day
The complete installation was carried out by two Toronto Sign Services installers in one working day. The project was completed without complications because the surfaces had been properly surveyed, the production information was accurate and all elements were organized before installation began.
This project demonstrates how detailed site measurements, practical production recommendations and experienced installation can simplify even a varied office branding package involving multiple materials and installation methods.
